Order Processing Time

Orders will be processed and despatched within 24 hours of being placed, with the exceptions of weekends and public holidays.

Please give a minimum of 4 hours notice if you are picking up your order and select 'Pick Up' in the checkout process. You will be sent an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Postage Costs

We send all our orders via Australia Post using their prepaid satchels and boxes up to 5kgs.

I will fit your order in the smallest possible prepaid satchel or box and any excess postage charged on your invoice will be refunded as part of processing your order. 

You will only ever pay for postage only - no handling or packaging fees. 

** We are offering a FREE upgrade to Express Post shipping for orders over $50.00 and within Australia - customers just pay standard postage**

Tracking

All orders come with tracking so you know when your order will arrive and you can start creating! Login to your Meisha Mosaics account and you'll find your tracking number attached to your order. .

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that you are not 100% satisfied with please return in it's original packaging within 90 days for a full item refund. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
