Our Satisfaction Guarantee & Return’s Policy
At Meisha Mosaics our customers are as important to us as our quality products and we aim to make every experience with us a positive one. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will work with you around any issues to maintain that standard.
All of our products are covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely happy with an item simply return it to us, unused, within 30 days and we will replace, exchange or give a full refund of the product purchase price via your original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Simply contact us via email or phone to advise us that you will be returning the item and we will process the refund for the item once it has arrived back with us.
Pricing & Payments
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via PayPal, credit card and direct deposit, and all orders must be verified and confirmed by payment prior to processing and shipping.
We do our very best to accurately show the true colours of all of our products advertised, however colours do differ on various computer screens. Because of this we are unable to guarantee the accuracy of colours shown by your screen.
If you do receive a product that is not the colour you had expected, you are able to make use of our return’s policy for an exchange, or refund for the item purchase price.
